1. Hardware Returns

1.1 Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery date for full refund
  • 31-90 days: Exchange or store credit only
  • After 90 days: Warranty claims only

1.3 Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Pack the product securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to our return address (we provide prepaid label for manufacturing defects)
  5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the product

1.4 Refund Method

  • Original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
  • Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Store credit: Instant, valid for 1 year

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime—subscription continues until end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • You can downgrade to Free plan anytime

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days: Full refund minus any Pro features used
  • After 14 days: Prorated refund (remaining months at monthly rate)
  • Example: Cancel 6 months in = 6 months × ₹99 deducted from ₹999 annual = ₹405 refund

3. Pre-Order Refunds

  • Before shipping: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After shipping: Standard return policy applies
  • Pre-order discounts are non-transferable

5. Shipping Costs

6. Exceptions

  • Products purchased during flash sales may have modified return windows
  • Bundled products must be returned as complete bundle
