What if I don't have WiFi at home?

AquaSense works perfectly without WiFi! You can control everything using Bluetooth when you're near the device. WiFi is optional and only needed if you want to control from outside your home (like from office).

Is it difficult to install?

You don't have to install anything — professional installation is included in your subscription. Our technician mounts the sensor, wires the controller to your pump, and configures the app for you.

What if my pump is very far from my home?

No problem. If your pump is far away, we include a Range Extender in your installation, which extends the wireless signal up to 50 meters. It works through walls and floors, and for very large properties multiple extenders can be chained together.

Will it work during power cuts?

Yes! All your settings and schedules are saved locally on the device. When power returns, the system resumes automatically. You don't lose any data or configurations.

What happens if hardware fails?

We fix it — repairs and replacement are included in your subscription at no charge. If a sensor or controller develops a fault, our technician repairs or swaps it. You never pay for hardware.

Can multiple family members control it?

Yes! Every plan lets the owner control, and higher plans add family members. Plan options and monthly pricing are shown at checkout in the app.

What if I start with the Timer setup but want water level later?

You can upgrade anytime! We upgrade the installed hardware and your plan changes — no purchase needed. All upgrades are designed to work with your existing equipment.

Your data is encrypted and stored securely on AWS servers in India. We never sell your data. You can export or delete your data anytime from the app.
