This agreement governs Nivoryx's Device-as-a-Subscription Service (DASS) offering in the Delhi NCR pilot: a refundable device deposit plus monthly subscription bundle. Where this agreement conflicts with our general Terms of Service, this agreement controls for DASS customers.
