Billing FAQs
When will I be charged for subscription?
Subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly based on your plan. First charge occurs when you upgrade from Free plan. You can use Free plan forever without any charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to App > Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes! Yearly plans save you 2 months. Switch anytime in Settings. If upgrading, you'll pay the prorated difference.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. However, features like extended history and extra devices will be limited. We recommend exporting data first.
Are payments secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details. All transactions are encrypted.
How do I get an invoice/GST bill?
Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment. You can also download from App > Settings > Billing > Invoices. GST included.
Payment failed but money was deducted?
If payment failed, money is auto-refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Contact us if not received.
Can I get a refund?
Hardware: 30-day money-back guarantee. Subscriptions: Within 14 days for annual plans (prorated). Monthly plans are non-refundable.
