How do I reset my password?
On login screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Link expires in 1 hour.
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Go to Settings > Account > Security > Enable 2FA. You can use SMS OTP or an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, go to Settings > Account > Email. You'll need to verify the new email before the change takes effect.
How do I log out from all devices?
Go to Settings > Account > Security > Active Sessions > 'Log out all devices'. This will sign you out everywhere.
How do I download my data?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Download My Data. We'll prepare a ZIP file with all your data and email you the link.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days. Active subscriptions will be cancelled.
What happens to my devices if I delete my account?
Devices will be unlinked from your account. They'll still work offline in basic mode. New owner can factory reset and re-register.
I can't log in to my account
Try resetting password first. If that doesn't work, contact support with your registered email for account recovery.
