Pre-Order Shipping Note
Pre-orders ship in batches. First batch ships January 2026. You'll receive an email when your batch is ready. Pre-order amount (₹499) is fully refundable until shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with tracking details. You can also track in the app under 'My Orders' or on our website with your order ID.
What's the delivery time?
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Other cities: 5-7 business days. Remote areas: 7-10 business days. Pre-orders ship in batch on announced dates.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change the address before the order is shipped. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID and new address.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery 3 times. You can also request delivery to a neighbor or hold at the nearest hub.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Currently, we only accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking). COD may be available in the future.
What's included in the box?
All components listed for your kit, power adapter, mounting hardware, cables, quick start guide, and warranty card.
Package arrived damaged?
Don't accept the package if visibly damaged. If opened and contents are damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours for free replacement.
Wrong item received?
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange pickup and send the correct item at no extra cost.
